Employee Tax Compliance

EnTrust Household Staffing requires that all families or clients be tax compliant when hiring their new household employee. All household staff employees must be paid legally on payroll via a W-2. Household employees cannot be issued a 1099 as a private contractor as this is not compliant with IRS tax laws. We recommend GTM Payroll for payments and taxes! Please use this calculator to see how much your family needs to budget for your household staff employee.
