EnTrust Household Staffing was started by household staff employees who have held positions as nannies, family assistants, estate managers and everything in between. Over the years, we noticed a common issue when speaking with other household employees and families- poor communication. We learned this is sometimes why families and candidates alike hesitate to work with agencies. With this information, as well as our personal experiences, we decided to solve this problem. We knew we wanted to not only help families and candidates to find the perfect fit, but for them to feel heard and valued by being communicative in every step of the process. With all of this in mind, EnTrust Household Staffing was started!

Melanie Gillard

CEO/Founder & Senior Placement Coordinator

Melanie has 8 years of direct child care experience between coaching, nannying, and substitute teaching. She has held positions as a nanny/travel nanny, family assistant, house manager, and fill in estate manager. Melanie has a BA double majoring in Psychology and Neuroscience with a minor in Child Family Studies from the University of Tennessee and plans to go on to get her doctorate to be a clinical child psychologist. Over the course of her nannying career, while typically working with large families, Melanie has taken care of 18 children and wants 5 of her own one day!

Phoenix Rodgers

Placement Coordinator/Creative Director

Phoenix has 5 years of childcare experience nannying, being a personal assistant, and teaching art. She has a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Memphis with plans of pursuing a career in UX/UI Design and motion graphics. Phoenix's love for children, graphic design, and marketing made her the perfect fit for EnTrust Household Staffing. In her free time she enjoys drawing and learning new art hobbies!
